2011 Mega Epee Summer Camp — Online Registration Form

	June 13-17, 2011 Alliance Fencing Academy TBA

Each Session Length:	5 days (10:00am - 4:00pm)

Tuition:	$500 per one session (5 days) or $850 per two sessions (10 days) or $120 per day $150 non-refundable deposit is due by June 1, 2011 Payment is due in full on the first day of the camp, payable to Alliance Fencing Academy, 4141 Directors Row, Suite E, Houston, TX. $25 late fee will apply after June 1, 2011 No refunds after the 1st day of camp. Family discounts are available.
